RMP Meeting December behind the veil

What happened to the public land grab in 2023 that had the public in a disastrous mistrust of the way public officials approached the resource management plan? The cumulative process of reaching an agreement on the RMP spanned over three administrations with no action taken. This time it landed under the Biden administration who implemented a 30x30 program. This was coming from Executive Order 14008 that was signed in 2021. The majority of Wyomingites were not pleased.
The people didn’t see their officials fighting for their right to access public land. People could see politicians selling public land for private gain. This was no small matter 3.6 million acres were up for corporate sale. Few know what actually happened behind closed doors. I am here to tell you the firsthand account of the egregious misconduct and corruption that took place while you; the people were at work. This did not come without repercussions in my own life. Multiple attempts have been made to take my life a couple of them came close. Other measures were meant to destroy me: Including being placed on a watchlist and no they don't just watch.
Context pre-conference
Before the meeting there was a public outcry over the RMP - Environmental Impact Statement. The people’s concerns were their access to land being denied while corporations purchased public land and politicians were the ones to gain from this exchange that the majority of the public opposed. This topic became messy with commentary and opinions running high with distrust toward the federal, state and county governments. A Multiple volume double stacked double banded hand books with hundreds of pages available to the public. They were handed out at the BLM office in Rock Springs. I went and picked up a set and the first thing I noticed was the sheer size of both texts were very concerning as no one could just read it all let alone digest the information. I dug in to read and understand what I could. I realized the RMP was more than a land grab and cutting off access to public roads; it was going to implement carbon taxes for everyday businesses throughout Wyoming. The technology was going to be developed by larger corporations such as mines and powerplants. Then later implemented to tax businesses across Wyoming based on their carbon footprint measured by the technology. This was very unsettling as I scanned through two volumes reading and taking notes. The deal mostly involved cutting the public off from accessing public land and hydrocarbon monitoring technology development was a smaller part. What the federal government likes to call public land federal land or BLM land.
As many bills have been passed with a slight of hand or out of public view. The RMP land grab was highly suspected of corruption by the public from the beginning. People can naturally see through the smoke and mirrors but making a difference can be difficult. While public protests were held three times for commentary and redress of grievances. They were controlled to let the people blow off steam before officials bluntly screw them over for personal gain while they were at work. I was not present at these events.
There was something truly off about this deal and it unsettled me enough to taking action. With politicians being the usual suspects; I took interest in the matter. Wyoming is where I grew up wild, free and raised children. My natural instincts as an American were anger and to fight; so I participated by showing up. These sentiments are shared by many other Wyomingites and Americans a like who have enjoyed the benefits of public land in Wyoming. Hunting, fishing, recreation and grazing. Many core aspects of Wyoming culture spanning generations. My belief for the longest time has always been if we don’t fight for future generations and their rights. They won’t have any rights to let alone be able to fight and pass down what is rightfully their birth right. To be able to have access to the land as free Americans. It’s bad enough we see globalists purchasing politicians like lollipops. The ever-increasing government control and infringements of our rights and way of life has done more than irk me for some time. I know do not ride that boat of beliefs alone. This RMP deal happened to hit home.
This was a precipice and a turning point for how I saw myself and where I stood as an American, a man, and father.
One day I was head on into my studies but this RMP land grab had still not set right with me at all. I discovered another meeting was coming up through Wyoming State Senator John Kolb and it was coming fast within three or four days from my recollection. December 11th 203. I was hoping somehow someway the meeting would be delayed for people to have more time to gain traction to make a difference. This is where I started diving head on into something that was way bigger than I could have thought of. I dialed Wyoming State Senator John Kolb in hopes to delay the meeting. My phone was immediately too hot to touch. With little avail for my no name ambition to delay the meeting. Senator Kold did invite me to the meeting and told me that I should film the meeting.
Mind you I’m still just one of millions of more than angry Americans and Wyomingites that share a bitterness over being sold out time and time again with politicians not being held accountable for their actions. Not just over this land grab but of the long train of abuses that have been taking place. I’m not even a journalist; I saw something that needed to be done and one thing led to another that led to multiple attempts on my life and being placed on a watchlist. Wyoming is those gems you can’t put a price tag on. For many it is a place where the roots run deep; it’s home simple as that. Home is always worth fighting for. I can’t explain how I see the times we are in but I look around and see the way things are going is not sustainable for THE PEOPLE and our culture of “FREEDOM” we as a people embrace so much. I saw a lot of noise and wanted to cut through it all. This was becoming another back handed slap in the face to the people while politicians play the slight of hand. I wanted to see a win for the people. Even if my experience from the meeting has been hidden till now.
Research Management Plan Conference
I planned my intentions to attend the meeting. Unsure about anything really except to be a sponge. That morning, I woke up gathered myself and waited for the last minute to leave the house. I was running a little late with my inner dialogue telling me I had to go through with this. To be honest I was a little nervous but no matter how I felt I was going through with this. The meeting started at 8:30am at the Holiday Inn. I arrived between 8:35 and 8:40 a.m. I was there with the two volume set books in hand to learn more about what was going on. When I walked into the room I saw roughly 30 people. At the beginning it didn’t take long for me to see the red flags in the room.
The fact I was seeing an official government meeting being held at a hotel was suspect but I wasn’t there to disrupt although…… My natural instinct to disrupt was whispering and I had to set that aside and just be the sponge. I had no clue just my presence was the disruption. I will get through the whole meeting but some simple observations where the timing of the meeting took place during working hours when the people were at work. Nobody from the public was there. Excluding elected officials which don’t count as you will see why your distrust for them is absolutely correct. From the observation of this meeting not taking place within any official constructs of what we call government. This includes not being held in official capacity within a government building. Zero traditions such as a simple pledge of allegiance to the flag which takes place prior to official business of The People. Besides the public not being able to attend there were no official recordings of this meeting either. As far as I am aware.
This RMP meeting took place under the Biden administration. The federal government was represented under his term. I will not be able to give you all of the names as some people were out of view of my camera and I am no James O’Keefe this was impromptu citizen journalism. I can tell you one of the women speaking on behalf of the Biden administration was a heavier set lady that spoke of BLM land belonging to the federal government and that it was a "privilege" for us to be able to access the land.
(This is an odd statement since the government is supposed to be for the people by the people) I won’t get too caught up in the cob webs of the matter as there is much to unfold. Another key representative from the federal government Andrew Archuleta. At the time was the Wyoming Director of BLM. He should have known this meeting was illegal in every manner as he was a federal director for Wyoming BLM and had an abundance of prior experience. He was recently sent home and has since retired due to ethics violations i.e accepting gifts from politicians. Add picture from video
I did raise a concern in which I unabashedly chimed in asking the head BLM Director Andrew Archuleta how many agents would this involve as all laws are carried out at gunpoint. He differed my question with some stupid ass circle back reply that left me only stonewalled. At this point I’m the elephant in the room I am no longer a sponge but a naive participant that is obviously not down for their cause.
I did have a brief private conversation with Archuleta during a break. In which I should not have turned off the camera. I was making my way across the room to speak with Keaton West and other Sweetwater county representatives that were huddled in the corner. I explained to Archuleta how the commissioners were trying to kick me out of the conference. I did get up to go over and say something but the head BLM officer made a remark to me about the double banded pamphlets being pillows to sleep on. I carried the packets because I didn’t want to leave my things in that room just being honest.
As the formalities and discussions of the changes came to a close from the members of the committee. Wyoming governor Mark Gordon appeared via video teleconference from Cheyenne. 10:49 a.m.

I do not recall verbatim what he said but he spoke for about forty five minutes. The main message was he was setting the tone for the room. His consistent message multiple times was that they were going to “Do the right thing.“ in the conference. Video added
During the conference call a committee member (who I have not identified) was given notice that I had been filming the governor during his speech. You can see her in the video approach me and tell me I needed to stop filming and that this was a private meeting. Not all of my interactions in this meeting were filmed. But a total of three separate times she told me I needed to stop filming and leave “ This was a private meeting”. This was consistent with all my interactions with her. threatened me in some fashion to take action to do something if I didn’t leave. My reply to her was “Do what you have to do, I'm here.”

One federal representative claimed no travel restrictions would take place immediately but the next 5-7 years would implement.
I understood the value of being present in the Resource Management Plan meeting. Not to them but the truth people deserve to know. The longer the meeting went on it became obviously sketchy for me to be there as I kept being the sponge the further along the conference went. The room was visibly upset at my presence as I was taking a lot of journalistic notes, pictures and videos of the room. Representative Cody Wyllie gave me the evil eye every time we looked at one another.
I was the only non-government official and “non-interest party” in attendance.
RMP NOTES
Journalistic Notes from RMP meeting 12/11/23 + 1 note post meeting
The theme of the meeting revolved mostly around access to land and carbon emissions under conditions labeled in the original alphabetical choices which turned out to be a fallacy. The federal government was leaning toward stricter policies as to deny access to land. They wanted to reach an agreement on D but further elaborated on a 5th option. Which included more federal agents. In the conference the government added a fifth choice of (E) which the public was absolutely unaware of. As different speakers were at the center of the room. Then came the topic under which the public had no knowledge of. The federal government wanted the fifth option. Option E, leaned towards curtailing stricter land access policies. It was more disturbing as the topic continued implementing heavier policies to include DMV (department of motor vehicles), cattle grazing as well as public access to land. When the topic of travel and tourism came up the committee swiftly passed that by on the projector. They understood I was the elephant in the room. To be fair there was some concern raised on behalf of Sweetwater county in regards to cattle grazing and the farmers. Overall this whole meeting was about selling off the public land to private corporations cutting the public off from what is rightfully theirs as Americans.
During this meeting when tensions were running high in the room. I was originally there only to observe what was taking place. It became apart while taking notes and seeing how this was a meeting the government did not want the public to see what they really do. I viewed Clark Stith on edge getting up multiple times walking fast past me then returning to his seat. He got up from his at one point to close the door to the meeting.

The meeting continued with attendees being visibly upset, often checking their phones and texting. I would get occasional glances and evil eyes aimed at me. I kept my composure. In between breaks members present; pictured and not seen huddled together into a corner whispering. That is when I had the brief moment with the Wyoming BLM director Archuleta.
It is in the distrust of the current state of government that there is an imbalance and impartiality of representation and justice that has been a struggle between the people maintaining their rights to access public lands and keeping their sovereignty. What I was witnessing was infuriating to me as I continued diligently taking as many notes as possible. Even as the paranoia started to creep in. The weight in my stomach was heavy on me as I was listened on. Something had caught my attention when the speaker raised an unseen, unbeknownst to the public of choice E. That’s when it became obviously clear why I was not welcome. This was the juncture in time when I felt my life was going to be in danger. I was seeing the lies and separation of the peoples will and compared to what the government was pushing in the Resource Management Plan.
I stopped taking notes and took notice of the situation. I scribbled down in my notebook that I was not suicidal. I felt compelled to get the word out of my non suicidal situation through social media in a text post. Throughout parts of the conference I mentioned how they were trying to kick me out. I finally understood what I got myself into and the repercussions of my attendance were indeed going to come my way.
I was approached by two women at different times during the meeting who claimed to be from Lone Tree Wyoming to ask me questions. The lady was probing me for answers. The other woman I believe I know her name now but don’t want to leave room for speculation so I can keep this article honest. This second woman asked me questions and threatened me that I better not ruin anything for the people in the room. She also mentioned how I should work with them to make something special here ( Rock Springs ). I just glanced her a side eye because there wasn’t a single person in that room I trusted. I wasn’t interested in their money anyway. She was definitely a woman of wealth; closer to a billionaire than a millionaire. I didn’t give any thought to her offer for my own conscious and that meeting and everyone in it stood for everything I am not. I shot her a side eyed glance as I got up from my seat to leave. As I left I locked eyes with county commissioner Keaton West in disgust at what I just WITNESSED.
I left the room before the conference broke for lunch. I was now in concern for my life. I was in attendance for approximately 4hours. I took a different way out of the hotel and made contact with the Sherriff’s department of Sweetwater county over the phone to iterate that I am not suicidal and had to keep saying it in various forms to make sure I was understood. I could tell by the tone in the deputy's voice I could tell something was already brewing.
Beyond The Veil
As much as I went through and took notes during the meeting to bring the truth about the RMP contents and meeting in itself it didn’t even matter. The government as a whole had already determined on electing for a new option with new language in option E. As I have had time to reflect on the meeting almost two years later and multiple attempts on my life and being targeted ,blacklisted and placed on a federal watchlist / investigation. by what felt like my whole community I came to these findings.
I was in the RMP meeting and that We The People were lied to about the RMP deal altogether. The federal government, state and local Sweetwater county officials assemble behind closed doors to meet and vote. They all violated the Brown Act. The government changed the number of choices from A-D to include the overall goal as extended option E. It consisted of new language which was being voted on behind closed doors with no public access to the room nor records of voting being kept. The option E was stricter in nature to no public access, travel and tourism and cattle grazing. The same lady who tried to kick me out was offering opened air bribes to the room under the auspice of “ If interests need to be met could happen.” There was no separation of powers when the governing body in this meeting. No one spook up. Only one person at the beginning mentioned In regards to the livestock aspect. I don’t recall who he was as he was out of sight. “ If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.” The tally of the conference was around 30 people ranging from interested parties, politicians at the state and local levels as well as multiple federal government representatives.
The Great Awakening
When the people elect officials to do what’s best for the better good of their vote. It’s often that people have an understanding of turning their heads to interests of political benefits. There does come a point when it gets obvious and conflicting. As we have seen in the years leading up to 2025; corruption has come full display to the public eye. Individuals find themselves powerless to have their voices heard in a larger conversation. There is a contract that the people expect their public servants to uphold. Such as abiding by their oaths of office. The rot in America has come full spectrum in order to intimidate the public into silence. Another term to coin this sphere of influence is fear based mind control. With the public being deceived into silence for fear of being targeted. So many wane under the pressure into the belief they are unable to make a difference. This fear allows a few in power the ability to funnel corruption like currency and continue their crimes to in closed door settings. Political crimes of corruption are next level and now out in the open. Politicians are able to wield their power and connections through federal agencies and law enforcement that place Americans on lifetime watchlists and have everyday citizens targeted through local programs and organized crime. All in which involves authorities corroborating with criminal elements. The victim then comes under deprivation of rights with no way to report to the law as they are blackballed by law enforcement and society. People and institutions are instructed not to help this person. In order for actions to take place to discredit the target as schizophrenic. Defaming labels are attached to the target through lies, half truths and slander which none of it is supposed to reach the target. Non disclosure agreements are meant to keep these conspiracies a known secret. These crimes perpetrated on the citizens can range from sabotage of vehicle sabotage, life insurance policies, inheritance theft vigilantism.
