Processing Time:

We're a small team, and we put a lot of love into packing your orders. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Keep in mind that during peak seasons or new product drops, this timeframe might be a little longer, but we promise it'll be worth the wait!

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery:

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days after it leaves our hands. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

  • Expedited Shipping: Need your threads ASAP? We offer expedited options at an additional cost, which will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times for expedited shipping typically range from 1-3 business days after shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your chosen shipping method. You'll see the exact shipping cost 1 at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy 

Stay Strapped US - Return Policy

We want you to be stoked with your Stay Strapped US gear! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our return policy below:

Returns & Exchanges:

You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with their original tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns: If you'd like to return an item for a refund, we'll process it once we receive and inspect the returned item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.  

  • Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same style, please let us know what you'd like to exchange it for when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. We'll ship out the new item once we receive and inspect the original item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but we'll cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Send us an email at [Insert Email Address Here] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Please let us know if you'd like a refund or an exchange (and if it's an exchange, specify the new size or color).

  2. Wait for Our Instructions: We'll reply to your email with specific instructions on where to send your return and any further steps.

  3. Pack Your Items Carefully: Please ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

  4. Ship It Back: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.  

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alterations will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) at [Insert Email Address Here] with photos of the damage or defect. We'll make it right by offering a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
